Hello!
I am considering laminate flooring for my dining room, living room and foyer, about 500 ft of flooring. I have been doing some research and went to a lumber liquidator store. I am not that familiar with the different qualities of laminate, but we liked an 8mm laminate that was reduced to $2.69 a sq ft. Does anybody know about that store and their reputation?? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated:)

Hi there :)
Since we don't allow any bashing in this forum, a good place to start is to do a search in the forum and/or check online with the BBB. ;)

I have a tough time getting past the "tacky" name describing that they liquidate. It sounds like out of production or excess production.
They seem to have a lot of outlets and gotten a lot of promotional miles out of the floor for Bob Vila, for what that is worth.
If they have a product, there should be a name, product number or something you can use to research to see if it currently available and open stock elsewhere or if it is a close out either because of marketing decisions or inappropriateness.
If you cannot find someting on it and it is a limited import with no history I would be worried. If you really like the looks and/or cheap price, that is up to you about the purchase.
