Hi
I've just moved into a new house and the Kenmore Genius II water softener seems to be failing.
When in use, the water pressure is a mear trickle (often nothing) - if I 'bypass' the softener then water pressure around the house is fine.
Any ideas what could cause the water softener to reduce our pressure so greatly?
Thanks
