I need a drive belt for a mitsubishi vcr model HS-U31 i can get it on line but i was wondering would tv repair shops or radio shack sell parts over the counter.

Radio Shack doesn't carry specific replacement parts like that, but a local repair shop may have a stock of belts on hand. Looks like it's time to get out the ol' phone book. If you find someone locally who carries it, take the old one with you to make sure you get the right size.

(Or just buy it online & save the gasoline.)

the place i found it online they want 1.28 for the belt $6 shipping then add another $2 cause its under the $5 minimum order.its shipped USPS
