I'm not familiar enough with Snapper equipment, But I'm sure the pros will figure it out if you post some engine & model numbers. Till then, make sure all the safety switches are in the run position & if you have to, disconnect the kill wire @ the coil. this will eliminate all the safety switches, so be careful.. I trust you have tried a sparkplug , Right??
