Have a Nexgrill outdoor gas grill purchased from CostCo about 1.5 yrs. ago. No spark form the ingniters to ignite the gas. Per instructions from Nexgrill supplier, changed the battery box. Of course, even remembered to put in a new battery. Checked polarity--correct. Wiring looks good plus the ingniters themselves appear to be in good shape. Supplier sent some new wires that have attachment clips in series. Wiring received not a waving acquaintance with anything on the grill Before, when I turned the gas knob counter clockwise, got clicking sound. Had to push counter clockwise harder and harder to get the clicking sound. Problem started with one valve/knob then proceeded to the others. Now all completely non-operational and use butane lighter to start. Can the problem be in the gas valve itself. Stumped and any help/thoughts greatly appreciated. Thanx Bill

I really don't know much about these things, but it sounds to me like the electronic ignition is not working if you don't hear the clicks.
