Hi,
The downstairs a/c is not blowing. I went outside & the unit is making a noise but the fan is not turning, so I turned it off. Could this be something simple that I could possibly fix or should I leave it to someone else. We are leasing this house & the owner is "trying to find someone to come out". The house is 2 years old so I know the unit isn't old. It's 95 degrees & I am about to freak out! :)

Unless it says otherwise in your lease, the landlord is responsible for repairs & you should not attempt them yourself.
