Hi guys, I am totally new to this forum and I would like to introduce myself. My name is Chris and I am in Canada. Its summer here and its getting very hot. I have a comercial building that I currently run a bussiness out of. It has a A/C unit made by TRANE. Its an older one. the unit sits inside the building and it runs off of water. Its cools the building fine but the water bill is killing me :wall: . Is there way I can convert the system or anything?

The only thing I know of would be to convert to an air cooled system. Honestly this is a bit out of my league.

The age of the unit probably accounts for it's poor usage of water, however I wouldn't be able to tell you what to check to make sure some problem isn't causing the high consumption besides calling a technician.

Good luck.
