I have a lawnboy model 10323 that I have recently rebuilt the carb because of poor starting. After the rebuild, the mower will now run in idle speed only, even at full throttle. Obviously, I messed something up. What is it?

So no matter where you set the throttle, it only idles? If so, I would think there is just a problem in the linkage hookup. Is the throttle shaft on the carb moving when you set it to full throttle?
