Have 5" wide T&G solid SYP flooring....I am considering both Glue and staples
Staples will be applied 1 at every joist...and... 1 inbetween every joist
I was thinking PL polyurethane or subfloor adhesive, Applying1 bead approx. 1/4" thick down the center and the full length of each board.
It is a conditioned crawlspace below ... so no worries about moisture coming from below.
Any advice or alternates on this plan?

What are we talking about here? You installing the subfloor, or a hardwood? If hardwood, what type?
If its just your subfloor, glue and screw, no staples. PL400 is a good adhesive.

It is flooring. The type is 3/4" thick X 5 1/4" wide X 10' long solid heart pine.
