I recently had to replace some of the floor in my kitchen due to a fridge leaking for years. The previous owners put down Hartco parquet. I had to replace the sub floor due to rot and pull up about 15 tiles of parquet. I am ready to lay the new ones, lucked out they left some in a box in the basement. Only problem is when I lay them out the opening is too small and the tiles will not sit flat. I have to hold them down to get them to contact the floor. They are bowing up when joined together between the tiles still on floor. How can I keep these in contact with the floor while the glue is setting? Or is there something else I'm going to have to do? Thanks
