Alcohol perhaps? That principle works with automotive headlights and other bulbs, when you smudge them up for example.

A non-toxic all purpose cleaner/degreaser like Simple Green should be effective for removing oily fingerprints from plastic laminate. Spray on, let set to dissolve oils, wipe, rinse, and dry. To prevent streaking, always followup with dry cloth.
If using commercial cleaning products from a janitorial supply, a quarternary cleaner deep cleans and disinfects. Typically, rubbing alcohol is very effective for cleaning plastics on office equipment and furnishes. Do not use on computer screens.
