I added the question marks because I am not sure what the source/problem is. There is water dripping from the tubing that comes off the horizontal vent pipe (vents out the side of the house) approx. 4 ft from the last elbow. This tubing runs back to the water heater and ends about 18" off the floor. There is also water dripping from the exhaust blower(?) under where the verticle part of the vent pipe comes off the exhaust motor/blower and runs down the side of the body. It doesn't appear to be dripping from the water heater itself. It looks like it is coming from the exhaust pipe. Where would the water be coming from? Hope this makes some sense.

So, here it is the night before a long holiday weekend and my chances of finding a plumber are probably pretty slim. Any advice or suggestions to get us through the weekend?

Happy 4th of July!

Is there any way you could take a picture of this?

Upload the pictures to a site like Photobucket.com and post the link here.

The more pics the better, different view, angles etc.

It sounds like some kind of condensate problem, but I am not sure by your description. Pictures would really help here.
