Hi all,
My 2006 built home near seattle has started to show some lines between joints on ceiling. I am not sure what it is called but I cam see a straight line with slight change in shade where the two sheetrocks meet and it is wavy. Can someone please tell me how to repair this?

I couldn't tell anything by the pic, Is the ceiling red?

Several things can cause what you describe. The drywall could be bowing slightly between ceiling joists. I don't know the reason but often the drywall will attract dirt differently where the joists are compared to the the space inbetween the joists.

Have you set a straight edge on the ceiling to verify there is a wave? and how much?
