Greenhouses, Sheds and Sun Rooms - Sun Room Cleaning Question

We bought our house with a 3-season room attached off the back and it is chocolate brown aluminum with windows on three sides. Standing outside looking at the room the windows go from midway on the wall to meet the roof and the lower half is just the chocolate brown aluminum. It is in panels, almost like wainscoting. My problem is that the chocolate color has turned cloudy and looks dusty and dirty, only along the bottom half. I have used soap and water and nothing has changed. Is there a cleaner I should be using?

I assume that you are talking about cleaning the brown aluminum, rather than the glass.
