I just bought a 1988 Holiday Rambler Alumalite XL 25Ft with the 460 Ford. Everything works on this thing except the fuel and temp gauges. Can someone point me in the right direction on what to look for? If all else fails is is t fairly easy to conect external gauges?

most likely problem is dash ground. locate the temp sender on the engine and use a digital vom to test the sender, you will have to consult a manufactures manuel to get the proper values. if that passes try grounding the wire to see if the guage moves. don't leave it long
