Wallpaper and Wallcoverings - What to use to clean drywall after wallpaper removal

What's the best method and/or cleaning solution for cleaning the drywall before Guardz?

Will 50/50 water and vinegar solution work?

What are you doing? Why do the walls need to be cleaned? Why do you need to use Gardz?

It is difficult to answer a question when the details are not clear. Guardz is a Zinnser acrylic sealer. If applying to already painted walls, walls should be washed down with TSP (trisodium phospate) to eliminate soil, repairs made and sanded smooth when dry, and either affected areas or all walls sealed. Better tell them to make sure you wash all the TSP off the wall with clean before priming as it can eat the new primer. Doesn't happen often but when it does, watch out :(

I agree, I rarely use TSP on the interior, other solvents and cleaners are easier to work with inside. TSP is great on the exterior where you can rinse it with a water hose or pressure washer :D
