I just moved into a house which is about one year old. I just noticed cracks and bulges in the drywall where the wall meets the apex of the vaulted ceiling (see image below). Is this something I should be worried about?

No structural problem here. The bulges are nail pops. And the cracks are common for a vault. just looks bad.
