supply temp 50
return temp 76
outside air 89
low pressure 130
high pressure 225
tech was supposed to come back and finish charging last summer; said that low outsided temp made charging at that time difficult; supposed to have come back at later time and added refrigerant;

Supply temp --> o.k.
Return Temp --> o.k.
high pressure --> o.k.
LOW PRESSURE 130??? --> NOT O.K.!!!
Something went wrong with the taking of this last reading...maybe the compressor had just shut itself OFF and pressures were on the rise.
Other than the wacky low pressure reading (anything but low BTW), there seems not be anything abnormal here. The unit seems to be a bit on the undersized end, but of course whether it is or is not depends where in the country you live what the outdoor design temperatures are, and what the make-up of your house is.
A unit that is running non-stop and keeps 76F in the house is doing what it was built to do...is running at full capacity. If outdoor design temp in your area is 89, that unit is doing its job. But if the design temp. is much higher, then the person who sized it messed-things-up big time.
