have split system air only, goodman 4 ton condenser outside on the ground. Purchased new compressor , contactor , run capacitor , start booster , and fan motor. The bolt on parts are no problem, the replacement compressor is going to require some plumbing. Is this copper tubing special and how is it adhered, sweating, brazing? About the recharge, refrigerant oil, how do I determine the quantity required. The new compressor has no documentation concerning oil. I know to vacumm and recharge just have never done it on a home unit. Any one care to lead me down the path of vapor recycle repair?
