If the freezer really works, beyond just able to freeze ice cubes - where it can actually get 0 F or less, then about all it can be is the vent/ baffle where the evaporator fan drives the cold out of the freezer, into the fridge section. Find the vent hole at top rear inside the fridge section, and feel if you feel air blowing when the fan up in the freezer runs. If no air, it must be froze, and you wil have to thaw it out.

Make sure light bulb in fridge is going out when door closes, also.

As a little note, in case you are wondering - if something was wrong with your compressor or freon, you would not be able to have a 0 feezer, 75 refrigerator compartment temp. swing. Even if the freezer were say only 28, the fridge, if fan/venting were good, should still be like about 50's - not 75 -even if low on freon. Therefore, you do not have a major issue.

I need more info. If your freezer is working 100% meaning the entire length of the evap coils are cold enough to stick your tongue to then pretty much all it can be is bad air circulation into the fridge. IE the evap fan is not working or the vent into the fridge from the freezer be it elec or manual is closed. If your evap coil is only freezing cold in one place that is another issue. If your evap coils are covered in heavy frost that is another issue.
