My lines froze and my system was running continuously. I shut the unit down, clean electronic air filter, and dirt in bottom of unit. Once lines were unfrozen turned on unit, fan is now not running but system is humming, so there is power there.

If the lines were frozen the compressor may have overheated and kicked out on overload. Allow minimum 2 hours with the breakers turned off for the compressor internal overload to cool and reset then restart your unit. It is possible that you lost the capacitor and possibly burned the compressor up but give it some time and see what you have just be sure to kill power since the compressor may be trying to restart every few minutes and it will never cool off for you.
