Can someone help me? The temperature outside is above 100 degrees and my Ruud Air Conditioner (inside/condo unit) has been running all day and my family and I are burning up. The thermostat is set to 45 degrees but the temperature in the condo reads 86 degrees and it feels like 86 degrees. Also the thermostat is flashing the word filter but I can't find the filter on the unit. Please help.

Filter can be found two places..

-In the central return behind the grill.

-Near the air handler.

Is the outdoor unit running???

Check breaker/fuse for the outdoor unit?
