hmm a drain black piece is that the same as a whatyoumacallit? Why did we take the whatyoumacallit off in the first place? I guess what I am saying is perhaps more information is needed to identify this mysterious whatyoumacallit

Ok I will take a guess here that whtayoumacallit = the condensate drain trap assembly and if that is it it any big box store like Home Depot or Lowes will have a aisleway full of nice PVC and probably even have a preformed trap although you will need the adaptor to glue on the end to adapt to your unit. Is this a package unit where everything is outside the house?

oh a window shaker LOL. I probably would not even put the piece back on unless you need it to direct the water to a certain area

Lemme make a guess here...is it a swamp cooler? Water runs thru it, theres a "pump only" setting on the front?

no, but i just need to find the drain piece so the water can drain outside the window, instead of leaking inside, and by the way, anyone knows how can i remove the window's gates or guard? what type of tool is it? because the screw driver didn't work

Without a type, manufacturer and model info, yer not going to get much in the way of answers. Best bet is to contact the manufacturer.
If you are talking about security bars on the window, it will probably require a "one-way screw remover".
No-one can see what you see, so not a lot of help. Sorry

Ok, now we have some info....you probably need to go to Sears. This is what I see on their website. Maybe you can see what you need and go to the store and order it.

Look in the air handler section, that may be what you are looking for.
