The outside seems to be working right but we are not getting air from the vents? I have read on here to clean inside coils or fan, how do i get to them to clean them? I have found where the air pipes come into the furnice, now how do i get to the fan and coils?

typically a access panel is provided by the manufacturer that can be removed to access the coils. Sometimes the unit will be stuffed into a tight spot and the panels cannot be removed nor the coil cleaned, so the air handler has to be removed. Can you access your unit easily or is it stuffed into a closet?

becky...Are you getting any air at all? If not, its probably more than just dirty coils. You should hear the inside fan kick on when the outside unit goes on. How about your air filter, has it been replaced regularly?
