Came home yesterday and the air was not blowing, shut it off and went outside to take a look, noticed the unit had cotton all around it from the blowing cotton tree next door. My son and i tooka brush and cleand the cotton off.
Now the air is still not blowing and just noticed there is a frozen pipe inside the unit. But even when we first turned it on today the air still not blowing inside the house. I hope this makes sence.
the outside air is a Ducane AC10B18
Not sure what the furnice is it just says Lennox.

It sounds like you have a airflow issue inside the house, either the inside coil is dirty/blower fan is not working/duct blockage/or low on refrigerant. The first three you can check yourself and also go ahead and wash that outside coil down you need to use a coil cleaner but if that is not available use a biodegradable cleaner such as simple green let it soak a while and rinse from the inside out.
