I Was Taking The Rear Wheels Off This Rider To Replace The Back Tires, One Slipped Right Off , The Other One Not So Easy, But The One Foot Axle Shaft Came Out Of The Differential With The Wheel On The Shaft, I Did Then Get The Shaft Out Of The Tire Rim, Can Anyone Tell Me, Is There, Keepers, Or A Snap Ring Inside The Differential,that Should Keep The Axle In Or Does It Just Kinda Snap Back In To The Splines In The Differential, Or Does It Need To Be Taken Apart?
The Mower Is Hydrostatic, 42 Inch Cut, 17 Hp

yes thereis a keeper on the spider gear, and disassembly is
needed. post the tractor's model numbers for more specific info,
