Hi,I tryed to start my trimmer today and when I was pulling the starter cord it was making a weird noise when you give it a hard pull. It started then shut right off and I could not start it again. When you pull the starter cord it makes a weird noise. Does anyone know what can be wrong? Its only a year old and I lost my receipt.

Could be a number of things. To be polite, these aren't the best trimmers out there, which broadens the range of potential things that could be wrong. The coil could have come loose and is rubbing the flywheel, or a bearing may have come apart, the flywheel may have come loose from the crankshaft, etc... You'll have to take a look to see what's wrong.
