Its not even getting warm!Its a whirlpool I couldnt find model number.I used it last night, stove top and oven.The lights come on saying its on but no heat.Could it be a ant shorting something out.I noticed some behind the oven.

This is one or these jobs where you just have to either be lucky to spot something, or be good at knowing how to run down electrical disconnect problems. Pretty straight forward work, if you have any experience in that sort of thing. Wires are usually pretty easy to trace.
You need to test for 240 volts at your recepticle, first off. If you don't have it, check the breaker. If you do, remove back panel and observe wires and test at the terminal block where the 3 or 4 wires from your range cord attach, to make sure all are tight and not burned. Always think what you are doing, so you have the power turned off, or preferably unplugged, with certain test procedures.
