I have a huge wall-length, floor-to-ceiling length cabinet that needs to be painted to match the rest of my basement. Unfortunately, all the shelves are glued in as well as the two counter cabinets on top. There's only an inch of space between the counter cabinets and the ceiling. I'd prefer to pull them apart otherwise I need about 6 people to move it. How can I pull the shelves and counter cabinets off/break the glue bond with as little damage as possible?

Welcome to the forums!
Wouldn't it be simplier/easier to paint it inplace?
