Fans circulate air at a speed that should not do any damage to walls. If you mold and mildew are any issues, in addition to fans, a dehumidifier should be used to maintain humidity year round between 35-55%. If you have moisture issues, these should be addressed.

Do you think fans are best put in obscure places where there is not much air flow as opposed to putting them near windows and doors like exhaust fans.
Like I imagine the ares of the room near windows and doors have less problem with mildew because of the air flow from people walking in and out and also the natural winds.

Fans improve air circulation and dehumidifiers lower humidity, but if yuu have moisture issues then you need to address those. Post back for further discussion,

Is there a minimum temperature you should wait till you open your windows in the morning? Like can dew get inside if it is too cold?

Interior temperature should be maintained year round at about 70 and humidity between 35-55%. Exterior humidity can enter through open windows and doors. If above 55%, then that would tend to defeat your interior humidity control.
