Hello all,
need your help please.
I have a hot water heater which is located by my back door, under my kitchen cabinets(small one)on the floor, and I just recently noticed a bulge coming from that area under the tile. I'm thinking pipe related? bugs? or just tile not being properly put down? any input on this? and what I should do?
Help?? and whom should I call to fix the issue?
Thank you as always,
Joanna

It could be any of those things, but did you see any moisture/water?? If you see water, there is likely a leak in the tank, which would need a plumber. But poke around more closely and see what you can see. It could just be a loose tile.

after what you told me...I'm thinking its hopefully the tile. Moving into this home back in 04, I couldnt help but to comment what a poor grout/tile job was done(very obvious). I even have tile pieces throughout my home that have come up. There is no moisture/water in that area right now. I fig'd maybe something underneath was going to eventually going to burst? I'm just really shocked that tile can bulge like that.
Thank you again..
