Have a Lazy Boy recliner chair with the vibrater, heat feature. Control says Relaxor on it. Anyone know where to find the adapter/transformer cord to plug in to the 110v outlet. Some how ours has been replaced. Have tried two Lazy Boy dealers. No help. Thanks for any help. jps

Have you contacted Lazy Boy directly? That's where I would start. Here's their contact page:

Yes, I have e-mailed lazy boy. No reply yet. Was hoping to find a adapter some where on web sites. Must be an odd ball. Also have talked to dealers. Any other ideas out there? jps

I have seen Lazy Boy parts on Ebay. Don't know if they have that particular part, but worth a look.

Yes, I have checked e-bay. Have not found the part I need. Seems like I have a hard time finding things on e-bay. Thanks for the reply! jps

This guy on Ebay sells Lazy Boy parts and he says to contact him for other parts:

EbayStore (http://stores.ebay.com/CRAZYTVJOHN)

Of course, what he would charge is another issue, but you won't be obligated to buy.

Sometimes you have to be patient when you wait for replies from these companies because they're so big. I once wrote to a company for a part and I about gave up and forgot I even wrote them when I got a reply a month or so later. They did have it and sent it to me.

"Have tried two Lazy Boy dealers. No help." Did you ask if they would order the part(s) for you. You will need the sticker off the bottom of the chair for the ID #. Lazy Boy retailers looking for repeat customers should be bending over backwards in the customer service department. If they come to your rescue, then you are likely to return to their store when the old chair finally bites the dust.

Part of the problem is I have no specs as to which adapter was used on this chair. Has a rather large end on the cord on the chair. Hope I hear from Lazy Boy! Thanks for the help. jps

There should be a product sticker somewhere with a 3-digit number. Go back to Lazy Boy website and learn how to search for parts and service. I don't recall specific numbers, but I do recall names. I also recall how retailers order parts.

yes, most dealers ask for the ACK number. I gave them all the #'s. Just no replys from them as of a week or so. Probably not enough money in it to care to much. Jerry S
