I have 3 hyacinths in my garden and like them very much. Is there a way for me to get more from my mature hyacinths and plant in other locations?

Thanks.

I'm thinking you mean the common garden hyacinths that are fragrant and have a dense flower spike aka Hyacinthus orientalis. Older bulbs will produce small offset bulbs. You would need to dig these up and replant the small bulbs.

It can take 5 to 7 years before the small bulbets flower. It might be best to just purchase more.

Sorry about the mistake with the name ;)

What I meant to ask was how can I make more Hydrangeas?
It seems there is not a whole lot of information on this subject on the web.

Thanks.

I've done things like that and twisted names around. Not to worry. Propagating hydrangea is fairly easy. This site has a wealth of info on them.

Here's how to propagate them:

Have fun!
