I have a Wayne Dalton door, and I am trying to re-install an I-drive to operate it, it was working before but due to a rail going loose the door got stuck along with the I-drive , now I have re-aligned the door but when trying to operate the door (manually) the torque tube rotates about 5 times and then gets stuck in the I-drive, does removing the counter, and the end bracket resets the I-drive? , of course after the tension is relieved? any suggestions as far as getting to the factory defaults of the I-drive? does it need to be plugged in to reset? thanks for the help.
