I bought a house over a year ago with an existing concord express system. I do not have it activated with a security company. It started beeping a few days ago and when I pressed the status button it said low battery. I have not had a power failure and I replaced the battery yesterday with a brand new one. 5:30 AM it was beeping again! Needless to say I am frustrated and exhausted! I also do not have the master code!
Any help would be appreciated!

If it was an existing system it wouldn't surprise me if the more recent trouble is "failure to communicate". They usually send a trouble signal when the battery is low.
If not, check to see if you actually have AC power. The panel may be running on battery power alone.
