I'm unable to get to the Users option to program user codes on my Concord 4. I enter 9+code and I get to the Time and Date prompt, but then neither the short cut (030nnn0) nor the scrolling through the menus (B button) gets me there.

What am I missing?

What code are you using? You need the Master Code (not the installer code) to get there.

OR.... if you only know the installer code, do this 9+Installer Code+3+#

Thank you GEGUY. That did it.

I wonder why the installer and user manual seem to be missing things like this. They both had 9+master or installer code+030 instead of just the three.

Anyway, I really appreciate your help.

Liability.

The corporate fear that an installer can access and alter the end user's access codes, or put in a "backdoor" code.

It makes the lawyers twitch, so they don't put it in the instructions, and we techs only get such info by calling tech support.
