Hi everyone,
i do have around 400 yard of wallpaper to remove the existing and install a new wallpaper. Does anyone knows any webside with How to Do this and any idea of How to charge the client for this kind of work?

Welcome to the forums! You are venturing into an area that has too many variables, and if you aren't adept at it, you may fail. Removing wall paper is one thing, but smoothing out the walls to where they will accept new wallpaper is another. How much drywall experience do you have?

Stripping wallpaper is probably one of the harder jobs to estimate. Occasionally wallpaper will come off easily with no damage to the walls but sometimes you have to fight for every square inch :wall: Most jobs are somewhere in the middle. Whenever you have to struggle removing the wallpaper - drywall work will follow.
Basically you need to get the adhesive wet so it will disolve. This is usually best accomplished by scoring the paper and then misting the wallpaper with water. A pump up garden sprayer works best but you could also use a sponge or rag. As the adhesive disolves, take a broad knife and work at peeling the paper off of the wall.
If you do enough of it :eek: :wall: you can somewhat judge how hard it will be to remove. If you have a good working relationship with the customer, it's best to do this job for time and materials - the only real expense is labor.
