I have zone doubling enable and Zone 16 which is the end of the zone inputs keeps going off at night. The only thing I have on it is a window contact home run to the panel. I've jumped out the contact at the window and still alarms.
My question has anyone had any problems with the vista 20p
where the last doubled zone false alarms?

Try jumpering the zone closed at the panel end. If you don't get a false trip, then most likely, you have a damaged cable between the panel and the contact. (also make sure you have the correct resistor in place)

Last year this same point acted up. The Control unit is in the utility room (washer/Dryer and Freezer) The screw was loose
last year and again yesterday. No false alarm last night.
