Hi all. I have just purchased a small space condo (550 sq foot), which is open concept. I'm now at a loss to choose some colors to paint it and my painter starts tomorrow! :/ The condo has high ceilings (9'4"), and the majority of it gets a lot of light in the daytime. The only furnishings I have thus far are a chocolate brown leather couch, and a black leather chair (with silver metal frame). My floors are a light brown colored wood, the windows are aluminum-like frames. The kitchen (open to the entire unit) have darker beige cabinets and island. I'll be furnishing the rest of the condo with modern clean lined stuff. So, I bought some Benjamin Moore Crown Point Sand and I was going to paint the entire thing that colour, but now I'm not so sure with the green I see in it and how light it looks with the daylight. I also bought Navajo White for trim (maybe the ceiling as well?). Should my big sliding door to my bedroom also be the trim color? Anyways, any ideas for a main color for the bulk of my condo, and an accent (in the kitchen) that goes nice with black/beige furniture and a lighter brown floor? My appliances are stainless steel in the kitchen. Could I go black for the accent wall? I'd prefer Benjamin Moore paint if possible. Thanks in advance!
