My front door hits the frame at the top making it difficult to pull closed. The door is slightly tilted away from the frame at the top. How can I reset the door back to square? There is a glass storm door attached that is also tilting the same way.

Check the top hinge to make sure there is a 3" screw installed. Probably not. If not, remove the #2 down screw, discard it and install a 3" screw in the hole and tighten it well. It should correct your door's sagging issue. Let us know if that helps, or if we need to punt.
