I have synthetic stucco on the front of my home. There are no moisture problems that I know of however for better resale I wanted to look into replacing the stucco with brick. Does anyone know the cost that is involved with this or would I be better to replace it with hardcoat stucco? I live in the Atlanta area.

Don't get rid of your synthetic stucco! Get a moisture test done - they usually cost about $300 and you can show potential home owners your stucco system is problem free! Having a warranty from the manufacturer (your contractor should have supplied this to you upon installation) would help as well.

If you feel you just don't have the decor/details you want, try looking into architectural mouldings (made from the same materials as EIFS).
