Hello! I am trying to locat decorative traverse rods (preferrably fluted) in WHITE but is seems they are no longer manufactured. I am coinsidering painting them but have been told this is more trouble than it is worth. Any thought or assistance would be much apprecaited!

I wish you had called me back in 1972. I threw out a bunch of them. I think they are pretty dated, and your best shot may be at an antique or retro store.

They are not dated at all. Kirsch makes their estate wood trends collection which come in white. They have a store locator on their website.

the kirsh poll is a nice product and easy to walk someone through if its there first time puttin one up..
