Hello! I am tryihng to replace an old bi-fold door. The measurements are 34" but I can only find 32" and 36" and have not had any luck locating custom doors. I contemplated cutting a 36" door down but this would weaken the door and/or dig into the slats. Help!:wall:

Where have you looked for doors? Where are you located? We used to be able to custom order special sizes, but that may have just been our supplier. The problem is the louvered doors are a bit more manpower intensive to make custom. If you would be willing to go with a masonite type hollow core bifold, that should be no problem.
