need info for electrical system.........does honda have a web-site that info can be down-loaded.

machine won't start..............starter won't turn...battery is good......could be a safety switch not closing or relay problem......a schematic would help.........

No online schematics available that I know of. Check for power at the trigger wire on the solenoid while cranking.
