I have an HE3 front load washing machine from Kenmore Elite. It sounds like there is a coin or a bolt loose in between the metal inside drum and the outside plastic drum. When I spin the drum, I can hear whatever it is rattling. How do I get that piece out? I can't seem to find a way into the space between the two drums.

Any advice would be appreciated!

If you are lucky you can take the hose off from the center of the tub and fish coin out that way. If you have the one with heated water in front of the tub there is the heater. It has I think 4 wires going to it with a 10mm nut in the center. Loosen 10mm nut and that will take tension off seal and heater will pull out. You might be able to remove coin that way. If you can't get out that way than a tear down is the only way. To do what I said remove lower panel.
