Fabric part of duette shades has separated at the edges and the honeycomb cells are falling apart. Is there any "do it yourself" way to fix this. Thank you

There is nothing you can do to reseal the fabric. If it's a Hunter Douglas Duette, they had this problem a number of years ago and would replace the shade at no charge.
