Outdoor Power Equipment and Small Engines - husqvarna weed eater flooding

i have this old husqvarna 132r weed eater that does not start..
i suspect that the carb needs to be rebuilt, the primer spring is probably bad? is there any way to know thats what i need to do?

here is what i did so far

After it stopped working i checked the air filter, there was none, well there was but it had disintegrated, my first thought was that some foam got into the carb/engine.. i didnt see anything.
Checked the spark it seems good.
Checked the exhaust manifold nothing blocking it.
Took the carburetor apart sprayed everything out with throttle body cleaner, it started for about 10 sec after that.
at present i cant get it to start at all.

which brings me to my next question, where can i get husqvarna parts? no one seems to carry them, is there any where online?

You'll want to use carburetor cleaner, not throttle body cleaner. Throttle body cleaner is often too gentle to dissolve the varnish found in a gummed up carb.

Most any lawn mower shop should have carburetor parts for that trimmer. The carb is a walbro or zama, like most all other trimmers.

thanks for the reply. its a walbro. its not really clear what model though. it says wyk and in a different location it says 11b e2.
