I need help with colors for a bedroom. This is a guest bedroom in a log home with wood floors, ceiling, and walls. They are pine. We have a bed and a dark wood colored wardrobe in the room. I can't paint but would like to add some color on the bed and possibly window treatments. There is nothing around so privacy is not an issue with the windows. Any ideas?

Get your quilt, comforter, or bedspread first. A colorful quilt or comforter can offer a ready color palette for your room. In keeping with a log home decor, quilts are often used.
