Hi I had an issue of a leak from upstairs condo. Drywall bad so I removed. This is an old building (1920) but rehabbed. We have been having breathing problems. Like wheezing and sneezing. Well when the drywall was removed you could see the mold so we had it remediated by pros. The thing is that this didn't seem to help. Well, I am fixing the hole and man the smell is totally musty not really moldy. It is hard to breath what could this be?
I am thinking the worst like asbestos but they only wrapped pipes and such and I don't think that would be enough. Any Thoughts. I would appreciate any and all replies Thanks

Call the remediation company. Maybe they missed something.
Maybe there is a new problem. You probably aren't smelling asbestos.:D
