Does anyone have a suggestion on how to remove grout "droplets" from cabinets? We have some light spots on the side of our bathroom cabinetry that I believe is residue from the tile installation. We purchased a new home that hadn't been lived in. I tried wiping the cabinets down with Murphy's Oil Soap but it didn't work. I'm afraid to try anything too strong since I don't want to discolor the cabinets. I was hoping someone may have had this problem and might have some successful suggestions. The house was a spec home and I don't know how long the "spots" have been on there. Thanks for any suggestions

Often grout haze can be buffed off with terry cloth rag and elbow grease. If no luck, use vinegar and toothbrush or nylon scrubbie. If it's dried grout, then it is like dried cement. It would be difficult to remove without damage to cabinet finish.

i would spritz it with plain water...keep it wet for 15-30 mins...it MAY soften and be able to flake off
then you may have to repolish side of cabnet
